BMW introduces BMW K1200R motorcycles in 2006. It produces very high power of 162.5HP (121.5kw) at 10,250 rpm.Engine Capacity of this Bike is 1158cc. it has four cylinders motor of torque 94.25ft-lb (126Nm) at 8,200 rpm. It has very high pickup speed. At the time of starting acceleration will reaches 60mph within 2.6 seconds. Cylinder is canted towards front wheel by an angle of 55 degree. This will reduce the bike centre of gravity and permits innovative packing ways.

Main advantage of this bike is electronic suspension adjustment (ESA). This ESA help the riders to adjust his bike according to different road conditions and for varying loads. A catalytic converter in exhaust helps to reduce emissions. At present BMW K1200R is available with ABS brakes. In 2007 K1200R sporty was launched. Suzuki introduces first fuel injection motorcycles. This technology is adopted in this bike. Its engine capacity is 450cc, four stroke engines with liquid cooled engine.
